For some reason when i create a new account through the cms for instance test it doesn't create the new account with the default usergroup i believe it's either newly registered or registered depending on forum settings but either way it creates the account with no affiliated usergroup. How could I fix this?

I have created a bug tracker and I would like to get it to create the bug and instert into my custom bugs db with the username automatically however, I am not sure how to code this right. See on the mod it uses a form even for the username so it must be put in manually i would like it automatically here is the code used for the insertion of data.

Where it says '".$_POST[Author]."' is where the username insert should be im not sure how to do it like the sidebars auto something like a_user er something.
